NEW DELHI: Adani Inexperienced Vitality (AGEL) on Monday mentioned it has signed an influence buy settlement (PPA) with the Photo voltaic Vitality Company of India (SECI) to provide 1,799 MW of solar energy. AGEL has already commissioned a photo voltaic PV cell and module manufacturing plant with a capability of two GW every year via its affiliate firm Mundra Photo voltaic Vitality Ltd (MSEL), it said.
The plant is situated at Mundra, Gujarat. AGEL holds 26 per cent shares of MSEL via its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Renewable Vitality Holding 4 Ltd.
With this, Adani Inexperienced now has tied up PPAs of 19.8 GW and the steadiness is service provider capability in its 20.6 GW locked-in portfolio, it said.
With over 2 lac acres of land already tied up in useful resource wealthy areas of India, the portfolio is absolutely de-risked for execution of 45 GW capability by 2030, the assertion added.
