MUMBAI: Aditya Birla Group has elevated Ashok Ramchandran as director (HR) instead of Santrupt Misra, who’s taking early retirement to pursue pursuits outdoors of the company realm. The adjustments come into impact from January 15, 2024. Ramchandran has been with the group since 2015, and has 34 years of HR expertise.
Misra instructed TOI: “The final 28 years have been a dream run — I learnt, I delivered, constructed groups and was a part of the group’s modernisation, development and globalisation resulting in management place in lots of sectors. I used to be empowered, supported and inspired by chairman Kumar Mangalam Birla to do one of the best.”
