NEW DELHI: GAIL has inked a multibillion greenback deal for sourcing a million tonne of LNG yearly for 10 years from commodities buying and selling big Vitol, marking the state-run utility’s first long-term deal in a decade amid rising home demand. Vitol will begin transport super-chilled gasoline from 2026, at the same time as GAIL is negotiating extra such offers with others in view of a projected demand of 500 mcmd by 2030 from 155 at current.
