The US authorities has objected to offering defence materials to Nikhil Gupta’s attorneys within the Gurpatwant Singh Pannun case.

A US court docket had earlier requested the federal authorities to reply to a movement filed by attorneys of Gupta, charged in Sikh separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun’s homicide plot.
Gupta’s lawyer had filed a ‘Movement to Compel Manufacturing of Discovery’ on January 4 within the US District Court docket, Southern District of New York requesting the Court docket to direct federal prosecutors to offer “the defence supplies related to its skill to defend the moment costs.”
US District Choose Victor Marrero had on January 8 given the federal government three days’ time to reply to the movement filed by Gupta’s legal professional, reported.
