Responding on social media, Mr Amir-Abdollahian stated he informed Lord Cameron that “America and England ought to instantly cease supporting the warfare crimes of the Zionist apartheid regime towards the Palestinians” – a reference to western backing for Israel’s proper to answer Hamas’s terror assault on 7 October.
