IL&FS takes authorized motion towards Tirupur JV | India Enterprise Information

MUMBAI: IL&FS has approached the Nationwide Firm Legislation Tribunal in Mumbai to get better funds from its affiliate New Tirupur Space Improvement Company (NTADC), a three way partnership between the infrastructure firm and the Tamil Nadu authorities.
NTADC was included to enhance transportable water and sewerage infrastructure in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, by means of an Built-in Water Provide & Sewerage Venture by means of an MOU between the state authorities, Tirupur Exporters Affiliation and IL&FS.
