'Hooch' claims 12 lives in Bihar; 2 held

PATNA: As many as 12 folks died in a suspected hooch tragedy in Saran and Siwan districts, whereas greater than eight fell in poor health and had been admitted in hospitals, reviews Kshitiz. 9 individuals died in Siwan and three in Saran.
