Preparation
1.Break the lettuce in small items, preserve apart.
2.Minimize the broccoli into small florets and blanch.
3.Roast the peppers, take away pores and skin and lower in to dices.
4.Toss all of the greens and beans with French dressing.
5.French dressing dressing might be made by mixing equal portions of olive oil and lemon juice and salt to style.
6.Place the salad on a salad plate and high with feta cheese (or tofu) and flax seed.
