Passengers stage protest after SpiceJet cancels Delhi-Darbhanga flight

NEW DELHI: SpiceJet on Saturday canceled its Delhi to Darbhanga flight which led to disgruntled passengers staging a protest at Delhi airport.
A video of passengers protesting and shouting slogans on the airport was shared on social media.

A spokesperson of the airline in an announcement stated that flight SG 495 from Delhi to Darbhanga was cancelled because of unexpected operational causes and prolonged an apology to the affected passengers for the inconvenience.
Moreover, SpiceJet offered passengers the choice of a full refund or to take another flight to Darbhanga on the next day.
