SRINAGAR: Sixty-five out of 238 candidates within the fray within the second section of meeting elections in J&Okay on Sept 25 have felony circumstances in opposition to them, with 49 dealing with minor circumstances whereas 16 have declared severe felony prices of their ballot affidavits.
