NEW DELHI: Defence minister Rajnath Singh on Monday responded to Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge‘s assertion about staying alive till PM Modi is “faraway from energy.”
Addressing a rally in Charkhi Dadri, Singh mentioned, “I respect the Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge however yesterday in a single his rallies he may not be maintaining nicely and the safety personnel had been serving to him and even then he was saying I’ll keep alive till I take away Modi Ji from chair.I want to inform him that most age in Kalyug is 125 years. I pray to God that Mallikarjun Kharge lives for 125 years and PM Modi stays the PM for 125 years.”
Kharge had felt unwell whereas addressing a ballot marketing campaign rally in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua district on Sunday. After taking relaxation, he mentioned, “We are going to combat to revive statehood. I’m 83 years outdated, I’m not going to die so early. I’ll keep alive until PM Modi is faraway from energy.”
Singh focused the Congress get together for misgovernance, citing examples from Himachal Pradesh and Karnataka.
