CHANDIGARH: Bharatiya Janata Social gathering (BJP) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh on Tuesday targetted Congress chief Vinesh Phogat following her victory within the Julana constituency throughout the Haryana meeting polls and alleged that the previous wrestler used his identify to safe her win.
