Bangladesh all-rounder Mahmudullah broadcasts retirement from T20Is

Veteran Bangladesh all-rounder Mahmudullah on Tuesday (October 8, 2024) introduced his retirement from T20 Internationals and the third and remaining match of the continued collection towards India shall be his final sport within the format.

The ultimate match between India and Bangladesh shall be performed in Hyderabad on Saturday (October 12, 2024).

“Sure, I am retiring from T20Is after the final sport of this collection. It was pre-decided,” he stated on the pre-match press convention forward of the second T20I towards India right here.

“It is the best time to maneuver on from this format and focus on ODI,” he added.

The 38-year-old, who made his debut in 2007, has performed 50 Checks, 232 ODIs and 139 T20Is.

The previous Bangladesh T20 captain had known as time on his Check profession in 2021.
