Jordan’s international minister on Friday (October 25, 2024) known as for strain on Israel to finish “ethnic cleaning”, in robust remarks as he met U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken in London.

Deploring the humanitarian state of affairs in northern Gaza, Ayman Safadi informed Blinken: “We do see ethnic cleaning happening, and that has obtained to cease.”

He added: “We actually stand on the brink of regional battle now. The one path to avoid wasting the area from that’s for Israel to cease the aggressions on Gaza, on Lebanon, cease unilateral measures, unlawful measures, within the West Financial institution, that can also be pushing the state of affairs to an abyss.”

Jordan was the second Arab nation to make peace with Israel. Mr. Blinken saluted the dominion for its “outstanding management position”, particularly in working to convey humanitarian support into Gaza.
