KANPUR: Members of Bajrang Dal lodged a grievance towards a Muslim man for carrying a T-shirt, which had ‘Jai Shri Ram’ written on it, apparently in a bid to cover his id and for allegedly promoting adulterated ‘veg kebabs‘ at a fast-food stall in Gujaini space of town. Whereas a proper FIR has not been lodged but, police mentioned they’d contemplate initiating motion based mostly on proof.
Two Bajrang Dal activists visited the eatery owned by one Bauwa Savita to purchase snacks and questioned the person’s id. Police mentioned they discovered the style of veg kebabs “suspicious” and knowledgeable police. The activists received agitated when the accused, upon being questioned by cops, recognized himself as Md Kallu. Cops pacified agitators and guaranteed them of motion after detailed probe.
