NEW DELHI: Authorities has allowed particular exemption for carrying coconuts in cabin baggage for Sabarimala pilgrims for about three months. Union aviation minister Ram Mohan Naidu stated on X (former Twitter) Saturday: β€œIn a transfer to facilitate the benefit of journey for Sabarimala pilgrims, now we have issued a particular exemption permitting the carrying of coconuts in β€˜Irumudi’ as cabin baggage in the course of the Mandalam-Makaravilakku pilgrimage interval.
