DEHRADUN:Uttarakhand HC dismissed a habeas corpus petition filed by a lady, Jyoti Nautiyal, who approached the courtroom looking for an order to “liberate her 8-year-old daughter from custody of her in-laws”. The courtroom noticed, “Since custody of the minor lady with the daddy and grandparents can’t be termed illegal, we didn’t discover any scope for interference on this habeas corpus petition.”
Earlier, the courtroom, upon accepting Nautiyal’s petition, had directed police to provide the lady earlier than it. Within the courtroom, the kid mentioned “she is completely satisfied together with her grandparents” and expressed the need for her mom to “be part of their firm in order that the household can keep collectively”.
Nautiyal acknowledged her husband, Gaurav, is an addict, rendering him mentally unfit to care for his or her minor daughter. She accused her in-laws of “expressing dissatisfaction” on the time of her daughter’s start and subjecting her to “steady harassment”.
