NEW DELHI: Bharatiya Janata Party nationwide vice-president Baijayant Jay Panda on Friday shared a selfie with Congress chief Shashi Tharoor from a flight on social media.
However, what caught the eye was the BJP chief’s quirky caption, “My friend & fellow traveler called me mischievous for saying that we seem to be finally travelling in the same direction.”

The selfie comes days after Tharoor’s “egg on face” comment on India’s Russia-Ukraine stance which gave ammunition to BJP to nook Congress.
The BJP highlighted Congress chief Shashi Tharoor’s reward of India’s dealing with of the Russia-Ukraine battle, calling it an endorsement of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s diplomatic acumen.
Senior BJP chief and Lok Sabha MP Ravi Shankar Prasad welcomed Tharoor’s admission that his preliminary criticism of the federal government’s impartial stance on the battle was misplaced.
