The National Central Bureau (NCB) of Bangladesh Police has submitted a request to the Interpol searching for a red notice towards 12 people, together with ousted Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, a media report mentioned Saturday (April 19, 2025).
Ms. Hasina, 77, has been residing in India since August 5 final 12 months when she fled Bangladesh following an enormous student-led protest that toppled her Awami League’s (AL) 16-year regime.
