‘Enemy of the individuals’: Donald Trump lashes out at ‘sick media’ over reports of lowest 100-day approval rating for president in 80 years

US President Donald Trump launched a blistering assault towards main media shops on Monday, denouncing them as “the enemy of the people” after a number of polls reported the lowest 100-day presidential approval rating in over 80 years.
In a fiery publish on his Truth Social platform, Trump slammed information shops naming just a few like- The New York Times, ABC News, The Washington Post, and even longtime conservative ally Fox News, accusing them of spreading “fake polls from fake news organizations.” The publish got here after new surveys confirmed Trump’s approval rankings hovering at historic lows – 37 per cent based on The New York Times and simply 34 per cent in the ABC/Washington Post ballot.
“Great Pollster John McLaughlin, one of the most highly respected in the industry, has just stated that The Failing New York Times Poll, and the ABC/Washington Post Poll… are FAKE POLLS FROM FAKE NEWS ORGANIZATIONS,” Trump wrote, referring to long-time Republican pollster John McLaughlin, a frequent critic of mainstream polling.
Trump alleged that these polls had been intentionally manipulated to color a unfavorable image of his administration’s early efficiency and referred to as for an investigation into what he termed “election fraud” by pollsters. He went on to model these organizations as “Negative Criminals,” saying they constantly underestimate his help after which “apologize to their subscribers and readers” after he exceeds expectations at the poll field.
“They suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome, and there is nothing that anyone, or anything, can do about it. THEY ARE SICK,” Trump declared, including that regardless of relentless unfavorable protection, his administration was delivering record-breaking outcomes, significantly citing the US-Mexico border scenario as “99.9 per cent” secured — a determine he referred to as the “BEST NUMBER EVER.”
