Former Indian cricket workforce captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has filed a trademark utility for the phrase ‘CAPTAIN COOL’, a sobriquet broadly related along with his calm on-field manner.
According to the Trade Marks Registry portal, the appliance’s standing is ‘accepted and advertised’. It was printed within the official trademark journal on June 16, 2025. The utility was filed on June 5, 2025.

Interestingly, one other firm, Prabha Skill Sports (OPC) Private Limited, had earlier filed the same utility for the phrase. However, that utility’s standing is exhibiting as ‘rectification filed’.
