Indian woman caught shoplifting $1,000 value of gadgets

As talked about above, Alvani was caught allegedly shoplifting gadgets value almost $1,000 (approx. Rs 1.1 lakh) at a Target Store in the US, main to her arrest on the spot. In the video, Avlani will be seen pleading with officers to let her pay for the gadgets she shoplifted from the retailer. “Why can’t I just pay for it?” she asks. An officer replies, “We’re way, way, way past that. You committed a felony.”“But if I’m paying for it, what is the harm?” she says. To this, the officer replies “It would have been fine if you didn’t leave, right? You would have had that opportunity to pay. But because you left the store at that point, you chose to not pay for it, and we can’t go back.”
