Several law enforcement personnel have been shot in a shooting incident in southern Virginia, in response to a congressional consultant, quoted by AP.Representative John McGuire of Virginia’s fifth congressional district expressed his help by way of X, stating his ideas and prayers for the injured deputies in Pittsylvania County and their households on Wednesday. “We are closely following the situation and keeping everyone affected in our hearts during this difficult time,” McGuire wrote.Pittsylvania County is located on Virginia’s southern boundary with North Carolina, roughly 158 km to the northwest of Raleigh, North Carolina.
