“We wanted to see what happens when human intervention takes a back seat,” says Dishant Pritamani, the power behind Lento, who wished to create an actual and trustworthy house, versus a fastidiously co-ordinated, sterile-looking café. And so, he scripted his personal story of rewilding, together with Ayaz Basrai of The Busride Studio, who is identified for the design of the Second House subsequent door, with AI at its core.

Lento’s hen soup for the soul — an harmless bowl of goodness, spiked with successful of Naga flavours and topped with avocado — will preserve you coming again for the invigorating flavours.

Jyoti’s French toast is poetry on a dish, made with sourdough brioche and served up with a flourish of Chantilly cream and maple butter sauce! The espresso doesn’t strive too onerous, as a result of it doesn’t need to.
