The Indian males’s compound archery workforce created historical past by successful its maiden gold medal on the World Championships, beating France in the ultimate in Gwangju on Sunday (September 7, 2025).

The trio of Rishabh Yadav, Aman Saini, and Prathamesh Fuge held its nerve to edge previous France 235-233 in an exciting title conflict.

Enroute to the ultimate, India had registered spectacular wins over Australia, powerhouse USA, and Turkey.

  

Earlier in the day, Indian blended workforce consisting of Jyothi Surekha Vennam and Rishabh Yadav received the silver.
