MUMBAI: Zee and the India unit of Japan’s Sony will talk about an extension of the merger deadline, the corporate helmed by Punit Goenka mentioned on Wednesday. Zee mentioned it has acquired a communication from Sony and that they are going to enter into negotiations “in good religion” and “with a view to debate the extension of the daterequired to make the merger scheme efficient by an inexpensive time frame”.The 2 corporations, in response to the unique settlement, had been suppose to be merged by December 21.
