HC transfers inventory rip-off probe to CBI

MUMBAI: Bombay excessive courtroom has transferred the investigation in a multi-crore stock-broking rip-off to the CBI after the company agreed to take over two instances registered within the metropolis and Sindhudurg, in addition to every other instances registered within the state.
Justice Revati Mohite-Dere and Justice Manjusha Deshpande directed the DN Nagar police station within the metropolis and the Kudal police station in Sindhudurg district on Friday at hand over the investigation papers to the DIG, Banking and Securities Fraud Board (BSFB), CBI, inside two weeks.
Filed by 18 buyers, the petition sought switch of the investigation to the CBI. It mentioned a number of FIRs and complaints have been filed by buyers in several states in opposition to the promoters, administrators and workers of Intellectual Market Analysis Funding Advisor.
