Apples – 4 massive
Zest and juice – 1-2 lemons, rind grated and juiced
Water – 2 tablespoons
Sugar – 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon powder – 1/8 teaspoons
Preparation
Peel, core and chop apples.
Mix apple, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and a pair of tablespoons water and cinnamon in a saucepan. Carry to the boil over medium warmth. Cowl and cook dinner for 12 to fifteen minutes or till apples soften.
Stir in lemon rind and sugar. Permit to chill barely.
Switch combination to a meals processor and puree till clean.
Serve heat or chilly with ice cream, as bread and biscuit toppings, or simply by itself.
This sauce might be saved within the fridge for as much as a month
