Banks throughout a number of states will stay closed on Wednesday, August 27 on account of Ganesh Chaturthi. According to the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) holiday calendar, banks in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bengaluru, Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Goa and Andhra Pradesh is not going to be operational for the day. While bodily branches will stay closed, clients can proceed to make use of on-line banking, cell apps, ATMs and digital cost platforms for routine transactions equivalent to fund transfers, invoice funds, deposits, and mortgage functions.
