NEW DELHI: A British F-35 fighter jet made an emergency landing at Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram International Airport on Saturday evening after working low on fuel, PTI sources mentioned. The jet, which took off from an plane provider, landed safely at roughly 9.30 pm, the sources mentioned on Sunday. Airport authorities declared an emergency to make sure a clean and protected landing, in accordance with a supply. “The pilot reported low fuel and asked for permission to land. Everything was handled quickly and professionally,” the supply added. The plane is at the moment parked on the airport. Refuelling will begin as soon as approval is obtained from the related authorities in the Central authorities, the sources mentioned.
