NEW DELHI: Bihar police on Friday arrested a person named Mohammad Rizvi for allegedly abusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi throughout “Voter Adhikar Yatra” in Darbhanga.According to officers, the accused is from Bhopura village in Jale meeting constituency.
