NEW DELHI: The Delhi excessive court docket on Wednesday allowed J&K’s Baramulla Lok Sabha MP Engineer Rashid, who’s arrested in a terror funding case, to attend the continued Parliament session.
A bench of Justices Chandra Dhari Singh and Anup Jairam Bhambhani directed that Rahid will attend Parliament “in-custody”, and he is not going to be entitled to use a cellphone or landline or work together with media.
