SRINAGAR: PDP chief and ex-J&Ok CM Mehbooba Mufti and Hurriyat chief Mirwaiz Umar Farooq individually referred to as a “Kashmir bandh” Wednesday to protest the terrorist assault on vacationers in Pahalgam. This is the primary time Mehbooba and Mirwaiz have given a call for a bandh after a terror assault.

Party member Yasir Reshi mentioned Kashmiris wanted to “send a message loud and clear that we stand united against this cowardly act of terror and our silence cannot be mistaken for acceptance”.
