Kids’s choir will get shock viewers with new PM

Pupils who will carry out for King Charles III and Queen Camilla on Thursday have been rehearsing within the Senedd when new Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer stopped by to hear.

Sir Keir was on a tour of the Welsh parliament with First Minister Vaughan Gething when he heard the scholars practising, telling them they’d been “improbable”.

The scholars, from Ysgol Treganna in Cardiff, will carry out when the King and Queen go to Wales to mark 25 years of the Senedd.
