Components

1 cup – Maida

½ cup – Curd

2 tsp – Minced curry leaves

2 tsp – Chopped coriander leaves 

2 tsp – Jeera

2 tsp – Minced ginger

2 tsp – Chopped inexperienced chilli

Salt – to style

Oil – to fry

Preparation

1.Combine all of the elements collectively till the batter reaches a vada batter consistency. 

2.Drizzle some oil and let it relaxation for 4 hours or in a single day.

3.Warmth oil in a frying pan/ kadai.

4.Add a small portion of the batter to check the oil’s temperature. 

5.As soon as the oil is sizzling, swap to medium flame and add small balls of the fermented batter to the recent oil. 

6.Fry till golden brown.

7.Switch the goli bhajis to a tissue lined bowl to soak up the surplus oil.

8.Serve it sizzling with several types of chutneys.
