The National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) in Bengaluru signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) to boost collaboration in psychological well being and neurosciences research and training.

The settlement was formalised on March 18 by Surgeon Vice-Admiral Arti Sarin, Director General of AFMS, and Dr. Prathima Murthy, Director of NIMHANS. 

The MoU will foster joint educational initiatives, school change programmes, and research initiatives, addressing key healthcare challenges and selling developments in affected person care and scientific innovation.
