Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
Cloves – 4 nos

Preparation
Wash and wipe dry the hen. Pierce it throughout with the tip of a knife, to facilitate flavours permeating it. (You probably have an hour, marinate the hen in a spoonful of oil, the onion, garlic and ginger paste.
