Pankaj Udhas cremated with state honours – Emotional farewell to the ghazal maestro |

Ghazal singer Pankaj Udhas handed away on February 26 in Mumbai, after battling extended sickness. The celebrated musician was 72 years previous and was present process therapy at a hospital in Mumbai.
His remaining journey started from his residence in Mumbai and he was honored with a state salute by the Mumbai Police. His final rites had been carried out at Mumbai’s Hindu Crematorium and he was cremated round 5pm on February 27.Celebrities like Soni Nigam, Vidya Balan, Zakir Hussain, Shankar Mahadevan, and Sunil Gavaskar had been noticed on the crematorium, the place they paid their final respects to the musical maestro.
