Tears and tributes stream as ghazal maestro Pankaj Udhas passes away as a result of extended sickness
Celebrities, followers, mates, household, everybody has been grieving Pankaj Udas. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi additionally expressed his condolences, acknowledging the late singer’s important contribution to Indian music. PM acknowledged, “We mourn the lack of Pankaj Udhas Ji, whose singing conveyed a variety of feelings and whose Ghazals spoke on to the soul.” The Prime Minister reminisced about his varied interactions with the maestro, highlighting Udhas’ position as a beacon in Indian music.
Born on Could 17, 1951, in Jetpur, Gujarat, Pankaj Udhas carved a distinguished profession, starting with the discharge of his ghazal album ‘Aahat’ in 1980. In Bollywood, his soul-stirring rendition of ‘Chitthi Aayee Hai’ for the movie ‘Naam,’ turned iconic. At the moment, although the legendary artist will not be amongst us, his artwork will maintain him alive in thousands and thousands of hearts.
