NEW DELHI: South African all-rounder Corbin Bosch has expressed remorse over his resolution to withdraw from the tenth season of Pakistan Super League (PSL).
In an announcement, Bosch acknowledged the frustration attributable to his actions and provided honest apologies to the individuals of Pakistan, the followers of Peshawar Zalmi, and the broader cricket neighborhood.
“I deeply regret my decision to withdraw from the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and offer my sincere apologies to the people of Pakistan, the fans of Peshawar Zalmi and the wider cricket community,” the South African said.

“The PSL is a prestigious tournament, and I fully understand the disappointment caused by my actions. To the loyal fans of Peshawar Zalmi, I am truly sorry for letting you down.”
Bosch, who was picked by Peshawar Zalmi in the Diamond category during the tenth edition of the PSL Player Draft, recognised the prestigious nature of the tournament and the significance of his withdrawal.
Having joined the Indian Premier League side Mumbai Indians for the 2025 season as the replacement for Lizaad Williams, he took full responsibility for his actions and accepted the consequences, including a penalty fine and a one-year ban from the tournament.
