Gurpreet Singh, a resident of Arcadia, sustained gunshot wounds after he was shot by Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officers following a automobile chase on the morning of July 13.

He was transported to a neighborhood hospital to be handled for the gunshot wounds however succumbed to his accidents on July 17.

The LAPD has launched an in depth video of the incident that reveals Singh waving the 27-inch lengthy machete on the highway in the direction of passing autos and pedestrians. At one level, Singh seems to gesture to chop his tongue with the machete.
