twentieth Century Studios has launched the primary trailer for Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere, the upcoming biopic that stars Jeremy Allen White as Bruce Springsteen. The movie explores the creation of Springsteen’s 1982 album Nebraska, a deeply private work that marked a turning level within the artist’s profession.
The trailer provides us a primary glimpse of White’s portrayal of Springsteen, singing tracks from the interval following the industrial and demanding success of Born to Run. It additionally recreates the method of recording Nebraska on a 4-track recorder in Springsteen’s New Jersey residence.
Directed by Scott Cooper, the movie is predicated on Warren Zanes’ ebook Deliver Me from Nowhere. Cooper, who additionally wrote the screenplay, described the challenge as “deeply moving” and mentioned it gave him a uncommon view into the “vulnerability and strength behind [Springsteen’s] music.”
