ITR filing AY 2025-26: Deadline to file income tax returns extended from July 31 – check new date
(*31*) In a significant reduction to taxpayers, the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has extended the deadline for filing Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for the evaluation 12 months 2025–26.
