In a preliminary ruling, U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang in Maryland ordered President Donald Trump’s adviser Mr. Musk and DOGE to restore entry to USAID’s laptop programs for the company’s direct and contract workers, together with hundreds who’ve been positioned on depart.
