UK must be ‘ready’ for conflict – Grant Shapps

Defence secretary Grant Shapps has mentioned that the UK must be “ready” for conflict.

Earlier within the week Mr Shapps mentioned that the nation was “transferring from a post-war to pre-war world” and that “our adversaries are actually extra join with one another”.

Talking to the BBC, Mr Shapps advised Laura Kuenssberg that the UK “must be ready” as tensions rise within the Center East.
