BJP MP Nishikant Dubey cited guidelines to declare that Gogoi was not talking on the supplementary calls for for grants which have been listed for dialogue. He had a heated trade with opposition members and asserted that he can’t be shouted down by them, to which Gogoi lastly addressed Birla to ask whether or not he was chairman or it was Dubey. That noticed Dubey going silent and remained seated until the tip of Gogoi’s speech.
