CHANDIGARH: Desh Bhagat College signed an MOU with Mexico Chamber of Commerce AC underneath the aegis of Indian Financial Commerce Organisation (IETO) on Wednesday to ascertain a mechanism for each the institutes to plan and collaborate educational and analysis actions.
