J&K: 36 Amarnath pilgrims injured as five buses collide in Ramban; 10 discharged | India News

NEW DELHI: Several Amarnath pilgrims sustained minor accidents when five buses collided on the (*36*) Langer web site, mentioned the Ramban Deputy Police commissioner Mohammed Alyas Khan.The convoy of buses travelling from Jammu’s Bhagwati Nagar to Pahalgam base camp in south Kashmir collided close to Chanderkoot alongside the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway at roughly 8 am, officers mentioned, as reported by information company PTI.“A bus could not apply brakes near Chanderkot Langer site and it collided with four other buses. A total of 36 pilgrims have sustained minor injuries. The patients were treated at the hospital.
