NEW DELHI: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha College (IP College) is contemplating a major enlargement, aiming so as to add roughly 1,100 seats throughout varied campus faculties and centres. The choice is available in response to the rising demand for seats in these establishments. At the moment, there are about 3,300 seats accessible in numerous applications, and the college plans to extend this quantity to round 4,400 seats.
Vice Chancellor Padmashri Prof.(Dr.) Mahesh Verma emphasised the necessity for this enlargement, highlighting that the seats in campus faculties and centres haven’t seen a rise within the final decade, not like affiliated institutes.

The College goals to introduce dual-degree programs in BSc-MSc for Physics, Chemistry, and Math within the College College of Fundamental & Utilized Sciences. Moreover, four-year built-in programs for BEd usually, sciences, and commerce are deliberate.
College College of Legislation & Authorized Research is ready to witness an enlargement within the five-year built-in legislation course, together with the introduction of BBA, B. Com (H), and extra seats for MBA (Analytics) within the College College of Administration College.
