Britain stated it has joined the US in “quickly pausing” future funding for the United Nations’ company for Palestinians in Gaza, whereas it evaluations “regarding allegations” that UNRWA workers had been concerned within the October 7 Hamas assault on Israel.
“The UK is appalled by allegations that UNRWA workers had been concerned within the 7 October assault in opposition to Israel, a heinous act of terrorism that the UK Authorities has repeatedly condemned,” the UK Overseas Workplace stated in an announcement on Saturday.
